While booking for express buses from Daegu to the
beach | found that the cheapest buses were from North
Daegu (대구북부터미널) When | got to the terminal
quickly realized that theres areason tO whyit was so
cheap.
The terminalis extremely run down probably the worst
out of the three main ones in Daegu (동대구, 서대구, 북
대구) Theres practically no air conditioning and all the
station workers are wearing tank tops
Because the waiting room was so dirty and hot | decided
to goto this (pic related) coffee shop right outside the
terminal while waiting for my bus Its called “Daegu
Coffee Shop” and is on the second floor of an Uzbek
restaurant
Other than looking kind of old | didnt see any red
from the outside But once | got inside | regretted
everything
The lady working there locked the door right after | gotin
telling me that the areaisnt safe | got scared but since
there was AC and she showed meto atable | thought
it’dbe rude tojust run away
This was no ordinary coffee shop There was no menu
no coffee machine no staff no
nothing Before
even
ordered anything the lady brought me a paper cup full
of coffee (띄스커피) | then noticed that there were signs
saying “냄비 빵꾸” with phone numbers underneath | had
no idea what that meant butit was suspicious.
Thelady then suddenly gets on my lap (?) and starts
hugging me My dumbass finally realized what this was,
and panicked
said my bus leaves in 10 minutes, and
started grabbing my stuff
She surprisingly let me go but said the coffee is 20,000
KRW
was scared So| paid it, no questions asked and
ran back to the terminal
On the way out | saw a bunch of beds with curtains
around them too

타오더니 냉금 무릎위에 올라탕
그제서야 어떤곳인지 깨닫고 나용
커피값은 2만원
