특 10만불 이하인 가정의 학생은 등록금, 식비, 주거비 기타 비
용 전액 무료이고 연소득 20만불 이하인 가정의 학생은 등록금
이 면제되다고 발표함.
거기다가 이 혜택은 미국 국적의 학생들 뿐만 아니라 외국 학생
들의 경우에도 동일하게 적용되다고.
