각국가들에대한 상호관세 (한국 추가15%, 일본추가15%, 인도네시아 추가19%, 베트남 추가20%, 유럽일괄15%등) 가 부과되기시작함
따라서 지금부터 관세부가시작
단, 8/7 00시01분이전에 미국을향해 미국을향해 출발한 수입품은 면제됨
한국서 미국으로는 2-3주
동남아에서는 3-4주정도 걸리므로 해운으로 수입되는 건에한해서는 3-4주뒤부터부과될예정
항공으로 수입되는건은 즉시발효
