미국인들이 김치 밀거래에 빠지게 되는 개인적 경험

미국에서 김치 오리지닐올 찾계 되는 경우가 여러 이유가 있켓지만
서도 이왕 먹느거 진짜름 먹어보고 싶다 하는 애들도 있고
한식이 유행하면서 식당에서 한번 먹어보고 조선놈들 마라탕 찾듯이
중독되서 자주 먹게 되는 경우가 생각보다 잦음
그런데 한식 식당에서 거시기 해주는 김치논 놀랍게도 대부분 직접
담그시거나 한인마트 한인교회 등지에서 공수해온 “진짜” 임

Terrible taste and smell
This does not taste like authentic Korean kimchi at all.
It tastes more like American pickles, as it has a
strong vinegar taste. You shouldn’t need to add
vinegar to make kimchi sour as it should be able to
ferment withoutit. The vinegar also overpowers the
gochugaru flavor and they used regular cabbage
instead of Napa
cabbage The garlicky smell and taste
is also way too strong If you want good vegan kimchi,
buyit from HMart or another Asian grocer or makeit
