공식 발표: IFAB(국제축구평의회)가 다음 시즌부터 골키퍼를 위한 새로운 규정을 승인했습니다.
골키퍼가 8초 이상 공을 잡고 있을 경우, 심판은 상대 팀에게 코너킥을 부여하게 됩니다.
